Deposit and payment policy
For all bookings a 25% deposit is required within 7 days of making the reservation. Please note that a reservation is not secure until
a deposit is received. Makanyane reserves the right to automatically release any accommodation being held where the required
deposit has not been received within the stated period.
The balance of the account must be paid within 28 days of arrival.
Payments can be made by American Express, Diners, Visa and MasterCard or by wire transfer.
All extras to be settled at the lodge on departure

Credit card - please request a credit card authorisation form from our reservations department which will need to be completed
and returned.

Group Policy
For 9 to 15 full paying guests one guest pays 50% of the rate
For over 15 full paying guests the 16th is accommodated free of charge
Pilots and Guides
Nominal rate will apply. Staff accommodation will be offered should suite accommodation not be available. This rate is for
accommodation and meals only and does not include game viewing.
